You are visiting my personal website Art By Sofi a self-taught artist born and raised in the suburbs of Houston, TX. I am here to share my creativity and talent to those whom are willing to stop and take a look into my little creative world.  Here you will find many pencil drawings, sketches, watercolors and digital work from 1997 to Present. I was told time and time again to create my own business, promote myself and become something big with my talent, but stubborn as I was refused  to do so for many years..... until now. I now decided it was time to spread my drawing wings and fly my pencils, charcoal, paint brushes across empty pages to create everlasting memories onto a plain sheet of paper! To your right the color portrait is of sweet Layla Grace Marsh who fought a strong and courageous battle against Neuroblastoma at the age of 2, unfortunately Layla lost her battle with cancer recently. Her family and friends however are pulling together an organization under Layla’s name to help bring awareness for other parents out there to prevent another loss of life.
